Description
Mary was the glue for an ever growing family her entire life. The only thing she loved better than holiday get-togethers was family itself. And by holiday get-togethers I mean EVERY holiday from New Year's Eve to Christmas, every single birthday, every single member of the family, even as it grew from 5 people to 24 during her life. And every single child, evety sigle spouse, and every single grandchild new that the best presents usually came from Mom-Mom! This drawing from Christmas a few years back when she first had the opportunity to have her first 2 great-grandsons together in one room. She wasn't perfect, but it turns out she was the perfect teacher of how to be a grandma. She will be missed.

Thank you so much Jason!! I'm just glad she lived long enough to meet and love the first 2 of her 7 great grandkids!! One of them who was 2-1/2 when she passed brings up that he misses her with tears in his eyes about twice a month. We were honored to have her in our lives for so long!

Thank you so much Gary! She would have been 98 this week... what a lifetime... WWII, women (including her) moving into the workplace, integration... and through it all she was so gracious, kind and accepting! What a generation!
