Description
If life feels like too much, sometimes you need to lay in the grass, raise your face to the sun and soak in all the strength, warmth, love and acceptance the Son/sun has to offer! I drew this when a friend of mine had discovered she had serious cancer and the act of drawing was a long and wordless prayer. Not 2 weeks later, someone extremely close to me began a six week period in ICU. During those weeks the words opening this description came to me, and were a great hand on my shoulder during that time. (In both cases, by the way, things turned out great! Anyway, this is my long way of explaining that this drawing is my visual prayer, giving me strength and some peace when I don't have words.
